Customer Service Coordinator

Job Description 

This position will focus on small-to-medium sized business. We offer solutions for transportation and logistics services streamlining processes and maximizing efficiencies.

  • Act as a customer liaison and establish relationships with exemplary customer service skills
  • Coordinate, quote and track shipments
  • Efficiently and effectively handle customer phone calls
  • Identify solutions for customer matters resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Able to effectively and promptly respond to heavy email volume
  • Ability to independently answer questions or inquiries regarding shipments and assist in resolving problems
  • Ability to prioritize and reprioritize day with team obligations at any time
  • Must be capable of navigating through computer systems and applications to maintain, update and retrieve information

Job Requirements 

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree recommended with concentration in Business
  • Metric based; Results oriented
  • Must be relationship driven and have 100% team mindset
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as current and potential customers in the marketplace
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and must exhibit a high degree of professionalism
  • Must be resilient and able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, effectiveness and efficiency in carrying out new assignments
  • Able to consistently meet the Company’s expectations of attendance, punctuality and stay on task
  • Ability to foresee opportunity and pursue new initiatives
  • Proficient at using computer systems and applications (MS Word, Office, Excel, and other IT applications as trained/required)
